Our complex

Litsa apartments, is a luxury hotel which is located in Scala of Fourka in Chalkidiki. The complex is on the beach front, only 50 meters from the sea, with wonderful views of Mount Olmpus across thebay. There are four apartment blocks which surround a beautiful garden with lawns and floral borders, a safe place for the kids to play. The apartments occupy two levels- ground floor, and first floor. Each apartment opens on to the garden, which leads directly onto a golden sandy beach, with crystal clear waters.The complex is only 100 meters from the thriving village center, full of gift shops, cafes, bars and great restaurants for traditional Greek cuisine. There are also supermarkets for those who want to do their own thing.

Type of rooms

All apartments have been refurbished this year,and are equipped with all modern comforts (air-conditioning, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven etc. for those who prefer self catering).

Deluxe apartments (sleeps 4): These spectacular apartments are on the beach front with a great sea view. These apartments have a very large balcony where you can enjoy dining, and sunbathing, whilst enjoying the amazing views of the bay. Each apartment consists of two big separate rooms, and a bathroom. In the first room there is a big comfortable double bed and in the other room, a fully equipped kitchen, with a comfortable convertible sofa for two adults, or kids.

Maisonette (sleeps 6): A truly relaxing experience, in a two level apartment. On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a convertible sofa, a separate fully equipped kitchen and WC. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms with a double bed in the first, and two single beds in the other room, and on this level you also have a large bathroom.

Standard apartments (sleeps 4): consists of two separate modern rooms and a bathroom. In the first room there is a big comfortable double bed, and in the other room, a fully equipped kitchen, with a comfortable convertible sofa for two adults, or kids.

First floor Standard apartments (sleeps 5): The same luxury specification as our standard apartments, plus a comfortable attic with one more single bed, and a balcony with a sea view.

Beach-Facilities

The complex features the “Chill Out” beach bar, which is open from 9.00 until late at night, serving coffee, drinks, beers, cocktails, snacks, salads and traditonal Greek “Ouzo” and “Meze” throughout the day. A great place to relax with friends, enjoy the sun, and have a game of “Tavli” (Backgammon), whilst enjoying an ice cool beer on the verandah. We have sun beds, and umbrellas on the beach in front of the bar, so you can have a great relaxing experience, next to the crystal clear, warm waters of our beach. The sunset is unique and a sightseeing experience not to be missed. A photo of the sunset, as it slowly disappears behind Mount Olympus, is a must for the Family Album.

Car rental – Distance from the airport

The hotel is located only 98km from the airport (approximately one hour) and almost 105km from Thessaloniki. You can easily hire a car through us and ask for special offers!!!. Scalla of Fourka is an ideal base from which to explore all the sights, and wonders of the Chalkidiki region.
